Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Order Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent upon order placement. You’ll receive a second email with tracking details once your order ships.

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Shipping Costs:
    Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, selected service, and order weight.

  • Delivery Options:

    • USPS First-Class Package (estimated 2–7 business days)

    • USPS Priority Mail (estimated 2–5 business days)

    • FedEx or UPS options may be available depending on your location

International Shipping

  • Shipping Costs:
    International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary by destination country, package weight, and shipping method.

  • Customs & Duties:
    Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and may be collected upon delivery.

  • Refused Deliveries:
    If a package is refused due to unpaid customs or import fees, shipping costs will not be refunded, and additional return shipping charges may apply.


Shipping Insurance & Signature Options

  • Shipping Insurance:
    Optional insurance is available at checkout to protect against loss or damage during transit.

  • Signature Confirmation:
    Available upon request for an additional fee. This ensures your delivery requires a signature upon arrival.


Tracking Your Order

  • All orders include a tracking number, which will be emailed to you as soon as your package ships.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after the shipping label is created.


Packaging & Handling

  • All sunglasses are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.

  • Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
